The Sault Climate Hub is hosting a rally at Clergue Park at 4:30 p.m. today.

The public is invited to attend "to be positively inspired about climate action happening in Sault Ste. Marie and Algoma," says a news release issued by the Sault Climate Hub.

Guest speakers include City of Sault Ste. Marie Sustainability Coordinator Emily Cormier, who was awarded the 2023 SooToday Community Builders Environmental Award. Water Wise co-founder and Algoma University assistant professor Dr. Jody-Lynn Rebek will also make a presentation.

Attendees will have the chance to network with local environmental groups and representatives, as well as learn about area volunteer opportunities.

Additional information can be found on the Sault Climate Hub's Facebook page
