The Sault Ste. Marie Public Library is hosting an evening next month where literature, libations, and food promise to come together in perfect harmony.

Being held at the North Branch Library, Book Tasting Night is reserved for those age 19 and up.

"Discover a delightful array of books across various genres and styles as you wander through our specially curated stations," the library said in a release.

"Each station invites you to explore a different literary theme, with a tailored cocktail and mocktail inspired by the featured book, perfectly paired with a delectable bite from Feeding Your Soul café, our culinary partner."

Book Tasting Night takes place Friday, Nov. 8 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Sault Ste. Marie, North Branch Library, 232 C Northern Ave. E.

Tickets are $35 per person with a library card or $40 per person without.
