Charity golf tourney raises lots of green for United Way

This year's Big Cup Scramble hosted at the Sault Ste. Marie Golf Course on June 10 raised more than $70,000.

The funds raised will go to support United Way Sault Ste. Marie and Algoma District programs and initiatives.

United Way Sault Ste. Marie and Algoma District is thrilled to announce the resounding success of the 2024 Water Tower Inn Big Cup Scramble, held on June 10 at the Sault Ste. Marie Golf Course. With the steadfast support of our community, we raised an outstanding sum of just over $70,000!

This incredible achievement is a testament to the generosity and dedication of our sponsors, golfers, and auction prize donors. Your contributions are making a significant impact in our community, helping us continue our mission to support children, families, and communities in need.
