Annual We Are The Soo Home Show is going virtual

In a time where adaptation is necessary, the seasonal Chamber of Commerce event is now moving online in partnership with SooToday

The Sault Ste. Marie Chamber of Commerce We Are The Soo Home Show is known for being a destination event for all of your home improvement needs, showcasing local vendors representing electrical and plumbing services, home furnishings, window and door installation, photography, farming, heating and cooling and general building products and services.

This year, the traditional way of hosting the event had to be tailored for the times due to social distancing measures.

SooToday is proud to partner with the popular home show to ensure our community can still experience what has become known as the first official sign of spring in the area, by bringing to you the first-ever virtual We Are The Soo Home Show

“While in-person home shows aren't currently possible, we know that consumers are still planning their next renovation project. Additionally, with people spending more time than expected in their homes, we know that they are looking at their spaces with a critical eye. Right now, many people also have time to make the changes that they want,” says Rory Ring, Sault Ste. Marie Chamber of Commerce CEO.

With an increase in staying home (and staycations) being our current reality, the virtual We Are The Soo Home Show allows people to connect with businesses that can help improve the indoor and outdoor setups in their homes.

The virtual event is on now! Simply click here to begin your online event experience. The virtual We Are The Soo Home Show runs from May 22 to June 5.

Exhibitors you will find at the virtual We Are The Soo Home Show include Goulais Plumbing, Kevanna Fine Photography, Lyons Timber Mart, Mio’s Furniture Fashions, Mobile Glass and Framing, Penokean Hills Farms, PUC Services, The Plumbers, Tombari Electric and Wardlaw Heating & Cooling.

Experience perusing the services and products of top area exhibitors (and a chance to win almost $4,000 in door prizes from local vendors), from the comfort of your own home, here.
