18 year old Alex Panco of 99 Beaumont St. was arrested by City Police today and charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking and Possession of Narcotics.
Mr. Panco was found to be in possession of these narcotics at a local high school.
He will be appearing in Provincial Court on April 8.
