At the Sault North Rotary Dragon Boat Festival yesterday, Chris Ganton was a very busy lady. Ganton (shown) served as steerswoman, coach and mentor in 14 races at yesterday's event on Topsail Island.

Brookfield Power zapped the competition and emerged as this year's Division A champion.

Shaw Cable and Korah Collegiate's International Baccalaureate program won the B and C division respectively.

The wind drove many spectators to huddle in blankets by the finish line or bundle up in sweaters against the cold.
