In today's video, local unicycle enthusiasts unite at Grandview Public School for the first session of unicycle training courtesy of Joey Kirkwood and the Sault Cycling Club.
Joey herself has been riding for over a decade now and is working to build a community of cyclists. "Its great to be able to share in each others success and achievements" says Joey. "Seeing grown men smiling and whooping after making that first full revolution just makes your day."
While enrolment for this session is full, Joey says she'll be taking on a new batch of students come mid August.
Be sure to keep an eye out on the Sault Cycling Club web site for your chance to enrol. Enrolment is on a first come first serve basis due to the currently limited number of available unicycles.
