Witches and warlocks will soon gather for a good cause

It’s time to dust off your witch or warlock hat along with your dancing shoes.

The fourth annual Witches Dance and Mystic Market will be held this Saturday from 1 to 5 p.m. at the Hilton Beach Community Hall. 

It will include a wicked witches den with a haunted house, a witches and warlock dance with performances from 2 to 3 p.m. and at 3:30 p.m, and a costume contest at 4:30 p.m. with categories for children 12 and under, adult, group/family, and best dressed pet. 

Several merchants will participate in the Mystic Market.

The Witches Dance and Mystic Market is a fundraiser organized by the St. Joseph Island Lions Club in support of the Matthews Memorial Hospital Association - Doctors Recruitment and Retention.
