  • The Algoma Conservatory of Music presents the New Orford String Quartet at The Loft at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are available online.
  • Tym Morrison plays Tazzi's Cafe from 8 to 11 p.m.
  • Matthew James returns to The Tap Room at Northern Superior Brewing. Music kicks off at 8 p.m.
  • L!ME performs at Shooters Lounge starting at 9 p.m.
  • Double Down makes it debut at Reggie's Place Tavern, performing from 9 p.m. until 1 a.m.
  • Bone Yard plays Jay's Piston Broke Pub. Show time is 9:30 p.m.

SATURDAY, APRIL 22

  • The Rad Zone celebrates Record Store Day from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. Doors will reopen at 6 p.m. for a vinyl listening party that kicks off at 7 p.m. with DJ Seith.
  • Earth Day celebrations at New North Greenhouses includes workshops, kids activities, tours, and food and refreshments from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Leslie Cook plays the Moose Lodge from 2 to 5 p.m.
