THURSDAY, SEPT. 15

  • Author Paula Dunning will host a book launch at The Loft inside the Algoma Conservatory of Music (75 Huron St.) from 7 to 9 p.m.
  • Mista Jones and Baby Furgy perform with a number of local hip hop artists at Reggie's Tavern, 458 Queen St. E. Show kicks off at 7 p.m. You must 19 or older to attend

FRIDAY, SEPT. 16

  • Bone Yard performs at Shooters Lounge, 68 Dennis St., starting at 8 p.m.
  • OutSpoken Brewing (350 Queen St. E.) hosts The Zoo Hip Hop Chronicles from 8 to 11 p.m. Admission is $2 at the door and attendees are invited to bring non-perishable food items for donation to Harvest Algoma.
  • Wyld Stallyns perform at the Whisky Barrel, 113 Gore St. Show time is 8 p.m.
  • Midlife Crysis plays the Esquire Club, 103 Second Line W., from 9:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.

SATURDAY, SEPT. 17

  • 20th annual Sylvan Circle Artist and Artisan Tour from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. is a self-guided tour that will feature more than 50 Algoma region makers and craftspeople. For more information, visit the event website.
  • The 26th annual Bushplane Days take place at the Canadian Bushplane Heritage Centre from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The day includes games and prizes, activities, live music, food and refreshments, and more. To find out more, visit the Facebook event page.
  • The Sault Ste Marie Humane Society Dog Walk begins at 11 a.m. at the Bondar Pavilion. Prizes will be awarded for the top individual and team pledge collectors. All participants are eligible for random prize draws at the event. For more information and to register, please click here.
  • Dryer Fire presents Ghostly Hounds and SlumShine at 285 Wilson St. Show time is 7 p.m. Tickets are $15 and can be purchased online.
  • Local ABBA Tribute performs at the Water Tower Pub, 360 Great Northern Rd., from 8 to 11 p.m.
  • Midlife Crysis plays the Esquire Club, 103 Second Line W., from 9:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.

SUNDAY, SEPT. 18
