Want to be an actor in a movie being shot in the Sault?

Or maybe help out as the director of photography, video editor or story board artist?

Well, the list goes on and on for many different ways you can take part in the filming of The Twelve Knights of The Inner Sanctum: The Buffalo Clan.

Director/writer/producer Lanoo Syhrisen is here in the Sault looking for a wide variety of people willing to take part in his mythological film.

Lanoo and his movie making partner, Ken Barton, will train each actor in sword play, horseback riding, and archery.

Syhrisen said filming in the Sault is ideal for the Buffalo Clan chapter of the movie.

"There is exquisite beauty up here in the north," said Syhrisen.

Though the casting call is open for anyone, there are specific roles designed to highlight the Aboriginal culture from the north.

Lanoo is specifically looking to showcase local native drummers, dancers, singers, and elders in the film.

For more information on Lanoo and the filming of the Buffalo Clan check out www.sacredknight.com.

There you will find a 12 minute DVD for $10 including a mission statement and how the group stand as producers.

Also, 15 per cent of all the profits raised is donated to assisting orphans and helping species of animals facing extinction.

You can also contact Lanoo at 945-5171 or by e-mail at [email protected]
