The Taming of the Sault: Local theatre group to perform Shakespeare with a twist

'The Complete Works of William Shakespeare [Abridged] (Revised) (Again)' comes to the Quattro Hotel and Conference Centre this November

The Algoma Repertory Theatre will be serving up Shakespeare this November.

Its upcoming dinner theatre production will be “The Complete Works of William Shakespeare [Abridged] (Revised) (Again)”.

“Timothy Murphy, Marc Beaudette and AJ Brisson will weave their wicked way through all 37 of Shakespeare’s comedies, histories, and tragedies in a wild ride that will leave you breathless and helpless with laughter,” the theatre said in a news release.

Dinner will be family style with roast chicken, Italian seasoned potatoes, penne and homemade red sauce, along with mixed greens, green beans and fresh bread.

Performances run from Nov. 8 to 11 at Quattro Hotel and Conference Centre.
