Dreamer, a tribute to the 70s rock band Supertramp, will be coming to Sault Ste. Marie and performing at the Machine Shop on April 13, 2023, in support of Make-A-Wish Canada.

A news release issued by Benefit Show promises that the show will take you on a "musical journey back in time."

Tickets for the show start at $38.74 including tax, and are available by calling 1-800-516-5810.

Full text of the release follows:

A group of multi-instrumentalists performs all of the sounds used in the real Supertramp show from sax, clarinet, trombone, vintage keyboards and of course the unmistakable Supertramp vocal sound. The musicians for Dreamer are hand-picked for their incredible expertise in capturing the often intricate arrangements of Supertramp’s material and are a strong compliment to the feature vocals of Roger Hodgson and Rick Davies. Complete with period style costumes and video projection, Dreamer will take you on a musical journey back in time.

This benefit event is in support of Make-A-Wish Canada! Make-A-Wish creates life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. When a wish is granted, a child replaces fear with confidence, sadness with joy, and anxiety with hope. Make-A-Wish is on a quest to bring every eligible child's wish to life because a wish is an integral part of a child's treatment journey. Research shows children who have wishes granted can build the physical and emotional strength they need to fight a critical illness. Make-A-Wish is the world’s leading children’s wish-granting organization, serving children in every community in Canada. Since 1983, Make-A-Wish Canada has granted over 36,000 wishes.

Tickets for the Dreamer start at $38.74 - $48.73 (including taxes and fees) with additional discounts available by calling 1-800-516-5810.
