CAST ANNOUNCEMENT
MUSICAL COMEDY GUILD
**************************
Based on the classic Addams’ cartoon characters and the vintage TV series, the Musical Comedy Guild presents The Addams Family: A New Musical Comedy, April 29 – May 2, 2020, directed by Timothy Murphy.

Wednesday Addams, the ultimate princess of darkness, has grown up and fallen in love with a sweet, smart young man from a respectable family – a man her parents have never met. And if that weren’t upsetting enough, Wednesday confides in her father and begs him not to tell her mother. Now, Gomez Addams must do something he’s never done before – keep a secret from his beloved wife, Morticia.

Everything will change for the whole family on the fateful night they host a dinner for Wednesday’s “normal” boyfriend and his parents. But then, what is normal? As Morticia says, “Normal is an illusion…What’s normal for the spider is a calamity for the fly.”

The cast features Jay Faught as Gomez Addams, Judi Holmes as Morticia Addams, Coulson Perri as Uncle Fester, Kara Colynuck as Grandma, Rorie Nelson as Wednesday Addams, Ethan Heimonen as Pugsley Addams, Steve Ancic as Lurch, Chris Moore as Mal Beineke, Leith Harris as Alice Beineke and Steven Hewgill as Lucas Beineke. The Ancestors are brought to life by Amy Germanilli, Andrew Brienesse, Ariella D’Agostino, Avery Hemsworth, Carolyn Caputo-McCauley, Grace Wildman, Hannah Heimonen, Isaac Withers, Jared Vecchio, Jen Avery, John Belanger, Josh Filion, Zach Lacelle and Zephyr Rouleau.

Producer Kim Smith-Bahry welcomes you to get your tickets, on sale now at the Sault Community Theatre Centre Box Office. More information about this great show and the Musical Comedy Guild is available here.
