SooToday.com just learned from Steelback Centre Marketing and Events Manager, Trevor Zachary, that this show is not yet 100 per cent set in stone even though the event is listed on the official Jackyl website.

SooToday.com received notice today that heavy southern rock band Jackyl is scheduled to play the Steelback Centre Saturday, May 24, 2008 with special guests Slaughter and the Inner City Surfers.
Formed in 1990, Jackyl is best known for the 1992 hit The Lumberjack.
The song features front man Jesse James Dupree on the chainsaw.
Tickets for this event go on sale April 8, 2008 at the Steelback Centre Box Office.
An after-party will take place following the concert at the Canadian Night Club with an encore performance by the Inner City Surfers.
