God made me funky!

Mr. Ed always loves hearing from bands who are planning gigs in the Sault.

And he particularly loves hearing from bands that are funky.

Especially those rendered funky by The Almighty Deity!

You just can't get any funkier than that, right?

Hi,

Al here from the band God Made Me Funky.

Not sure if you're familiar with the band but we're from Toronto and have been funking up Eastern Canada for a few years now.

The reason for me contacting you is that we are playing a show in Sault Ste. Marie on Wednesday, March 21.

The show is at The Foggy Notions Bar & Grill.

A bit about the band

- The first single from the band's latest CD (released October 2006) made it to #67 on the Canadian Singles Charts (Mediabase Charts).

- The CD has consistently been in the top 10 of the Canadian College Charts (Earshot Charts).

- The second single was recently released to commercial radio and has been picked up by about 20 stations across the country.

- The band's latest video is currently in medium rotation on Much Music, Much More Music and Much Vibe.

- Their live show has been widely recognized and was nominated for the 'Best Urban Group/Duo Of The Year' award at this year's Canadian Music Week Indies awards.
