Two local high schools are joining together to raise funds for their upcoming joint production of Les Misérables.
Superior Heights and White Pines will be hosting a dinner and trivia night on Thursday, Nov. 7 at the Superior Heights cafeteria.
Attendees will enjoy a fine-dining meal with gourmet flavours inspired by France and the story of Les Misérables, prepared by Jason Zachary and the culinary arts class.
It includes a tender herb-marinated roast chicken in garlic-lemon sauce, a slow-cooked stew with red wine and mushrooms, a decadent and creamy potato gratin, and a vibrant vegetable medley, along with a desert.
Dinner will be followed by an interactive trivia showdown.
Tickets are $30 and can be purchased here. Those who want to support the cause but can’t attend can purchase a support ticket.
Money raised will help pay for sets, costumes and theatrical rights to the beloved 1980 iconic musical.
Les Misérables hits the stage in February.
