Dave Doyal is up from Austin Texas to spend a few weeks at his grandparents camp this summer.

Sootoday decided to hand the camera over to him for the afternoon to see what pictures he could come up with at the Hilton Beach Summer Festival Classic Car Show.

Though Dave can't drive yet, he's still a big fan of classic and cool looking cars.

As usual, mother nature had something else in store for the visitors of the car show.

Around 2 p.m. thunder could be heard rolling across the water with lightening soon following.

Winds became so strong the patio at the Tilt'n Hilton cleared out and everyone made their way inside to finish their meals.

The rain and wind quickly died down and the car show continued with the faithful hot-rod enthusiasts who decided to stick around and weather the storm.
