Directed by Randi Mraud, "Annie Mae's Movement" runs March 8,9,10 and 11th at the Studio Theatre; 121 Pittsburg Ave.

Based on the moving story of Anna Mae Aquash, "Annie Mae's Movement" highlights the life of a Miq Mak woman from Nova Scotia who went to work in the United States for the American Indian Movement and ended up dead.

A talented mix of experienced actors and newcomers comprise the cast of this touching play which will also appear at the Quonta Festival later this spring.

Cast members include: Carolyn Hepburn in the title role; Gaston Palbomaai; R.J. Renner; Kyle Chiblow; Dean Sayers; Phil Jones; Cid Belleau and Brad Jones.

Tickets can be purchased at the Sault Theatre Box Office in the Station Mall.

Ticket prices are $17.00 for adults, $15.00 for seniors, and $5.00 for students.
