SooToday received the following letter about the price of groceries.
What an expensive outing to the grocery store this morning!!!!!
Everything from juices to dairy, meat and dry goods (crackers, oatmeal, canned goods) have all significantly increased overnight since my last shop a week ago.
This is not relegated to just a single store, all have jacked-up their prices. It is beyond the point of common sense and affordability.
Are others noticing what I have? Am truly going to have to learn to use and eat even less.
My dollar is already stretched beyond its limit. Going to have to consider dropping services like internet, telephone, maybe television and some other items in order to maintain my current budget.
I guess those I have to thank for all this is politicians of all stripes from Canada and the United States in particular.
Am sick and tired of price gouging. Cannot afford it any longer.
