You left in early May
We all remember that day
Our hearts forever broken
So many words left unspoken.
We miss your funky hair, your smiles
We miss your giggles, your unique style
We miss our family, now an empty hole
We the days unspent with your good soul
You were a daughter, a mother
A sister, and a friend, like no other
Your struggles later in your years
Did not define you my dear
For you were the bright light
Gone but not forgotten from sight
We see your messages you leave
But yet we continue to grieve
Taken from us still, so young and bold
Yet still left a legacy, two sons in your fold
Memories together we hold most dear
To help get us thru this next year
We pray God has you helping care for others
Our aunts, uncles, grandfathers, and grandmothers

And we will keep your memory very strong.
