Feb 2 is the day we choose to remember you, instead of the dreaded day we lost you. We choose to remember your smiling and happy face, just like our pictures in the house. We choose to remember the basket hockey you and Eric used to play. The rides in his Dad's truck he enjoyed. Or the Greyhound games we enjoyed taking him to. We will choose to enjoy your favorite cheese cake, and save a place at the table.
We know that you are looking down on us, and smiling knowing we were strong and didn't give up.
We love you, and we know we will see you again.
