DAD, 5 yrs. ago I lost my Hero. I can't believe how fortunate I was to have had such an amazing Dad. How I miss hearing the sound of your voice, especially when you would say "Hi Dear!, how are you today?", and the gentle tapping of your big hand on my head. I miss the smell of your "Old Spice" cologne, and the "Juicy Fruit" gum you loved to chew. Watching and listening to you tinkering in your garage, while CBC radio played in the background. When I see a single Oak leaf on the ground, I feel so very comforted that you are saying "Hello Dear!". I celebrate you Dad. I think of you everyday. Thank-you for your love, patience, and life lessons you taught me. Your children Jeff, Jamey, Donna and Jason xoxo
