SooToday meteorologist Jerry Shields says the day will start with 2 to 4 cm of fresh snow that will fall overnight.
Skies should become partly cloudy in the morning with temperatures climbing to near 2C in the afternoon.
Tonight, the skies will be cloudy with a 40 per cent chance for drizzle in the evening. There will also be periods of snow beginning late in the evening. Up to 2 cm is possible. The wind meanwhile, will blow at a rate of 15 km/h.
The overnight low will drop to 0C with the wind chill making it feel like -6C.
