SooToday meteorologist Jerry Shields says cloudy skies are expected today with daytime highs near 0C again. There is the risk of freezing drizzle in the morning, and then a light dusting of snow arrives in the evening with 1 to 3cm of accumulation possible.
The wind chill will bring the temperature down to -8C in the morning. With the UV index will remain at 1 or low throughout the day.
Tonight, the skies will be cloudy with a 40 per cent chance of flurries.
The overnight low will reach temperature as low as -3C.
