SooToday meteorologist Jerry Shields says today will be cloudy with snow developing during the afternoon.
Snow continues into the evening with the risk of some freezing rain. Total snowfall accumulation could range from 4-8 cm depending on how fast the freezing rain develops overnight.
Daytime highs will reach just above the freezing mark and then fall back below freezing in the evening.
