Rodney is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of diversified experience in management, financial administration, human resources and fundraising. He holds a Bachelor's Degree and Master Degree from Western University and a Human Resources Practices Certificate from Sault College. Rodney is also a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).

Rodney is currently a member of the Superior Staff it administrative team, where he works as a Recruiter. In this role, he collaborates closely with the Recruitment and Operations Manager. Rodney is responsible for recruiting healthcare workers, including Personal Support Workers, Nurses, and Housekeepers. His duties include managing recruitment initiatives, scheduling and conducting interviews, onboarding new hires, attending job fairs, and assisting with various office administrative tasks.
