Brenda and Tammy have been in the health & wellness industry for over 25 years. They started out with the goal to educate their community so that every individual could have health and wellness. 
 
Tammy is a Certified Nutritional Health Practitioner, Nutritional Formulator, and Certified Nutritional Consultant, specializing in getting to the root cause of illness!
 
Brenda is a Nutritional Product Advisor with extensive industry business knowledge.  
 
We have friendly, professional, well-spoken staff who also are Nutritional Product Advisors.
 
We feel confident with the products and companies we have chosen for our store as Health Canada regulates natural health products so that Canadians can be sure that the integrity and efficacy are bar none. We carry a wide variety of nutritional goodness from botanical remedies, homeopathics, tinctures, food, sports, pet and supplements for the family of all ages.
