Our Mission

At Sault Community Health Centre, we treat people who do not have an existing primary care provider, or people who experience significant barriers to accessing primary care. 

Our Philosophy

We believe in treating the whole person, not just their symptoms. Our approach to healthcare is centered around the individual, with a focus on prevention, wellness, and patient education. 

Our Providers

Our team of providers includes a full-time nurse practitioner, registered nurse, and social worker with a part-time physician. With years of experience and expertise in various specialties, our providers are dedicated to providing the highest quality care to our patients.
