The 2019-20 Grand Slam of Curling season has been taken out by COVID-19.
With many sports announcing the postponement or cancellation of their seasons, curling is the latest sport to take a hit.
On Friday, the final two events of the schedule – the Players’ Championship in Toronto and the Champions Cup in Olds, Alta. – were officially cancelled.
Sportsnet and the Pinty’s Grand Slam of Curling are cancelling the remaining events of the 2019-20 season.
