My hobby for the past 5 years is buying inexpensive guitars, doing all the set up work and making them play great. Having a guitar that has not been set up is the biggest block to learning to play.
This Strat is, new, open box and in great condition. It still has the protective film on the cover plate. So when fully unpacked will look brand new.
The majority of new guitars require a full set up to make them playable and comfortable which helps with learning. This can cost up to $100 at your local guitar store.
I have completed this full set up including:
1. Check and straighten neck.
2. Sand / polish fret ends and level frets.
3. Polish neck and oil fret board.
4. Changed poor factory strings for a set of Fenders.
5. Set up Bridge string carriage.
6.Lower action at 1st and 12 fret and intonated guitar.
The guitar looks and sounds great and is ready to go. Suitable for both beginner and intermediate players this model normally retails around $225 It comes with a dust cover and guitar accessories (guitar stand not included).
