My hobby for the last 5 years is buying inexpensive guitars and making them play great. i bought this guitar new a few months ago as a project. It is in like new condition. Like the majority of inexpensive guitars, it required a full set up, to make it play well. This usually costs around $100 , but in this case this is done! I completed a full setup on the guitar including:
1. Check and adjust straightness of neck.
2. Lowered high frets and sand / polish fret ends
3. Adjusted guitar action height at nut and 12th fret, adjusting
string, height and profile at bridge.
4. Oiled fret board.
5. Changed strings.
5. Intonated guitar.
I also changed the two humbucker pickups to improve the tone. I will show you, it is now a great shredding style guitar that plays very well with great tone and low comfortable action. Guitar stand in photograph is not included but this kit comes with a basic 20W amp, accessories, a dust cover case and I am suppling an upgrade guitar cable. In short this kit has everything you need to start playing and sounding good and is a steel at $140 for a complete kit. The guitar alone,usually retails at more than this.
