About the Role:
As a Customer Service Advisor at Christie’s RV, you’ll be the friendly face of our service department, assisting customers with scheduling RV services, recommending products, and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers courteously and ensure prompt assistance.
- Schedule maintenance and installation appointments.
- Build detailed work orders and provide accurate updates to customers.
- Advise customers on RV care, maintenance, and required services.
- Handle payments, warranty information, and telephone inquiries.
- Support other staff as needed and maintain great customer relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive, customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proven customer service experience; RV knowledge is an asset.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
