As an Office Administration Assistant, you will assist in the daily operations of our clinic. You will assist in connecting clients with our Audiologist and will make every effort to make the clients visit as seamless as possible. Having an upbeat, friendly and welcoming personality is a must for our busy Audiology clinic that focuses on the client journey. You will develop relationships with clients and provide outstanding, professional customer service. Our successful candidate will be responsible for greeting clients in a friendly, empathetic, helpful manner on a multi-line phone and in person. You will be responsible to perform receptionist duties, ensure that the multi-line phone is promptly answered, schedule and confirm appointments, collect insurance and demographic information, verify insurance, coordinate and execute special mailings, prepare and maintain electronic and print client charts, collect and post payments, prepare detailed deposits and ledger information, manage office inventory and vendors, manage accounts receivables and overdue accounts, schedule recall appointments, perform third-party billings, complete faxing and scanning, develop and execute marketing strategies, maintain office cleanliness, and assist with day-to day office operations.
Hours: Part-time hours with opportunity to move to full-time. Office hours: M-F 8:30- 4:30.
