DC Communications, a growing locally owned company with locations in Sault Ste. Marie and North Bay, ON, is looking for an experienced professional to expand our IT department in Sault Ste. Marie.
DC Communications provides remote and in-person support to a variety of businesses across the province of Ontario, utilizing modern IT management platforms to deliver our services.
The primary role of the IT Specialist is to provide advanced technical knowledge and first-line support to all clients, as well as support to our internal teams in their day-to-day jobs.
The applicant is expected to have general networking experience, along with familiarity with computer hardware and software, and in managing Microsoft Windows domain and 365/Intune environments.
Good communication and soft skills are essential to success in this position.
