At 12:10 a.m. on Nov. 18, 2016 city police arrested 51-year-old Dolores Jacko of Albert Street East.
City police responded to a disturbance call to residence on Albert Street East and during the course of the investigation came across the accused who had an outstanding warrant of arrest.
Jacko has been charged with failing to appear for court and breach of probation.
She will be appearing in court on Dec. 19, 2016.
