On Sept. 28, 2016 at 1215 p.m. City Police arrested 52-year-old Stanley Woodcox of London St. on an outstanding warrant. It’s alleged that Woodcox breached the terms of his recognizance by failing to attend a bail release program. He has been charged with one count of breach of recognizance and will appear in court on November 02, 2016.
