On September 16, 2015 City Police arrested a male at the courthouse regarding an outstanding warrant for breach of probation X 4. The accused Matthew Hart age 24 appeared in bail court today to answer to the charges.
On September 15, 2015 unknown culprits broke into a building in the 700 block of Landslide Road. Once inside the culprits stole a computer.
On September 15, 2015 unlocked vehicles were entered on Amber Street and Parkland Crescent. Loose change and personal documents were stolen.
On September 15, 2015 police attended an address with regards to an unrelated matter and discovered a 38-year-old female who was breaching her domestic bail conditions by consuming alcohol and communicating with the male victim. The accused was arrested for the breaches and a check found that she was also wanted on domestic warrants for missing court and breaching her bail conditions. The accused has been charged with 5 counts of breach of undertaking, failing to attend for court, failing to attend for fingerprints and mischief under $5,000. The accused will appear in bail court on September 16.
On September 15, 2015 at 10:30 p.m. police investigated a domestic incident at a west end residence. It is alleged that a 42-year-old female and her spouse became involved in a verbal argument. At one point the argument became physical when the accused punched the victim in his shoulder. The accused has been arrested and charged with domestic assault and will appear in bail court on September 16.
On September 16, 2015 at 3:30 a.m. police investigated a domestic disturbance at a downtown residence. It is alleged that the 38-year-old female accused and her common law spouse became involved in a verbal argument that escalated to the accused punching the victim in the head several times. The accused was arrested and charged with domestic assault. The accused will appear in bail court on September 16.
