ARRESTED AT CUSTOMS Yesterday at approximately 11:50am, police officers were called to Canada Customs at 125 Huron Street regarding Brandon Kicknosway, age 26 of 262 St. James St.
ARRESTED AT CUSTOMS
Yesterday at approximately 11:50am, police officers were called to Canada Customs at 125 Huron Street regarding Brandon Kicknosway, age 26 of 262 St. James St. When Kicknosway tried to enter the United States, US Customs turned him back due to outstanding warrants in Canada.

Police officers went to Customs and arrested and charged him with Breach of Probation and Fail to Appear in Court. He is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 2nd.


PHONE CARD FRAUD
During the months of September and October, Cheristy Syrette, age 22, of 8 August St. allegedly made telephone calls to Waswanipe Quebec using a calling card and pin number of another female. When the 26-year-old female victim received her telephone bill she observed over $300.00 in long distance charges for calls she had not made.

The victim contacted the Police and an investigation was commenced. Syrette turned herself into the City Police Service yesterday. She has been charged with Fraud and is scheduled to appear in court D
