Theft: Marlene St. Germain (age 32) of 361 Second Ave was arrested by City Police for outstanding warrants for theft under $5,000.00 and failing to appear in court.

Theft:

Marlene St. Germain (age 32) of 361 Second Ave was arrested by City Police for outstanding warrants for theft under $5,000.00 and failing to appear in court. She will be appearing in bail court this morning at 10:00 AM

A vehicle was broken into overnight on Centennial Ave.

A vehicle was also entered on Welcome Avenue.

Damage was reported to a vehicle on Florwin Drive.

A dated break and enter was reported from the 2000 Block of Third Line West. Taken was 900 feet of welding cable.

A 1995 Dodge Ram pickup was stolen from Kingsford Road, Licence  AA66419.

Impaired:

On the 7th November 2012 Reginald Kenneth Peer (age 23) was arrested by City Police for impaired operation of a motor vehicle and consuming over the legal limit. It is alleged he lost control of his jeep liberty at the corner of Princeton Drive and Panoramic Drive. Mr. Peer’s vehicle careened into the driveway of a residence on Panoramic striking two cars in the driveway and then continued on and struck the house. His blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit. He will be appearing in court on the 10 December 2012.

Collision:

A motor vehicle accident is currently under investigation and the roadway blocked in the 900 block of Fourth Line East. A single motor vehicle – white pickup truck left the roadway and landed 15-20 feet down an embankment over 30 feet from the roadway. Two occupants of the vehicle were extricated by Fire Services and transported to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries. The road remains closed at this time.

Arrest:

18-year-old Dylan King of no fixed address is in custody after a foot pursuit that started when a vehicle driven by King failed to stop for officers doing selective traffic enforcement in the Wellington St. West and Gloucester St. area. King drove off at a high rate of speed and fled on foot from a vehicle in the Casino and boardwalk area. He has been charged with flight from police, dangerous driving, breach of probation, drive without a licence and additional traffic offences.  He will appear in bail court tomorrow.
