At approximately 11 p.m. on May 19, city police attended to the Bellevue Park area regarding suspicious activity in the area. Further investigation revealed 2 persons in a parked vehicle allegedly smoking marijuana.

At approximately 11 p.m. on May 19, city police attended to the Bellevue Park area regarding suspicious activity in the area. Further investigation revealed 2 persons in a parked vehicle allegedly smoking marijuana. Officers were able to detect a strong odour of marijuana coming from the vehicle and further observations enabled them to locate a bong in the back seat of the vehicle as well as a bag of marijuana in the vehicle. Charged with possession of a controlled substance was 18-year-old [legalized], as well as 19-year-old [legalized]. They will be appearing in Provincial Court on June 22.

Sometime between May 11 and May 19, 2015 there was an attempted break in to a shed in the 4000 block of Queen Street East.
