At 8:20 p.m. on May 10, 2016 56-year-old Mary Jane Racine of Albert Street East was arrested on an outstanding warrant for assault. It’s alleged that Racine assaulted a nurse at the SAH on December 6, 2015. She has been charged with one count of assault and released with a court date of June 13, 2016.
At 9:05 on May 10, 2016 19-year-old Kenneth Hunt of NFA was arrested on an outstanding warrant. It’s alleged that on the April 11, 2016 he failed to attend for his finger prints. He has been charged with failing to appear under the Identification of Criminals Act and will be appearing in court on June 13, 2016.
On May 11, 2016 city police arrested 46-year-old Jeffrey Frolich of Ferguson Street. It’s alleged that the accused attended at the Metro on Churchill Blvd and stole goods valued at $44.04. The accused was also on a probation order with the condition that he keep the peace and be of good behavior. He has been charged with theft under $5,000 and one count of breach of probation. He will be appearing in court on June 13, 2016.
