Bail Court Today 1) A 16 Year old male will appear in bail court today charged with several offences. The male who is a resident of a local group home apparently became upset after being sent to his room early for the evening.

1) A 16 Year old male will appear in bail court today charged with several offences. The male who is a resident of a local group home apparently became upset after being sent to his room early for the evening. The accused demolished his room and contents including the bed and walls as well as a double pane window. The accused then allegedly took a piece of broken bed frame and assaulted a youth worker and threatened to kill her. The accused then exited the property and damaged the windshield of the homes mini van. Upon police arrival the accused was still acting violent and had to finally be subdued with pepper spray. The accused has been charged with mischief over five thousand dollars, assault with a weapon, threatening death and breach of probation.

2) A 41 year old male will appear in court on the 01 April 2009 09:00 charged with Criminal Harassment. It is alleged that the accused made numerous hang up calls to the victim (ex-girlfriend) over a period of time and also by driving around her place of employment.

3) A 16 year old male will appear in court after a disturbance at a local school. It is alleged the accused was causing a commotion in the cafeteria and was sent to the office. The accused was sent home but before leaving the accused returned to the cafeteria and called out to the complainant/victim and threatened to stab them. The accused will appear in court on the 07 April 2009 charged with threatening and breach of probation.

Break and Enters

City Police are investigating a break and enter to the city bus terminal on Dennis St. It has not been determined if anything was taken.
