YOUNG OFFENDER ARRESTED A 17-year-old was arrested and charged with breach of probation yesterday. The young person had a curfew of 10 pm – 6 am and it was reported that he left the family home at 8pm on Monday evening and did not return.
YOUNG OFFENDER ARRESTED
A 17-year-old was arrested and charged with breach of probation yesterday. The young person had a curfew of 10 pm – 6 am and it was reported that he left the family home at 8pm on Monday evening and did not return.

Patrol officers located the young offender at a friend’s residence in the west end of the city yesterday at approximately 8 am. A court date of April 27th has been set.

OUTSTANDING WARRANTS
Gary Chad Barkley, age 32 of 31 Algoma Avenue was arrested and charged on the 23rd of March with driving while prohibited and failing to appear for prints.

At 9:25 am officers observed Barkley driving a motor vehicle on Albert Street East. While being checked by the officers it was learned that the city police held an outstanding warrant for Mr. Barkley’s arrest for failing to appear for prints on the 19th of January 2004. Mr. Barkley is now scheduled to appear in court on April 26th.

MINOR ACCIDENTS
There were 6 minor motor vehicle collisions reported yesterday, all were minor in nature with no reported injuries.
