City Police officers were called to the Sault Area Hospital in the early morning hours regarding an out of control female who was attempting to seek admission. Officers determined the female had been drinking and later learned she was on two separate orders not to consume alcohol. As a result, 24-year-old Rachel-Clarke Harvey of Wellington St. East was charged with breaching conditions of her Recognizance as well as Probation and appeared in Bail Court March 17.
