On June 3, 2015 at 2:10 a.m., Sault Ste Marie police officers responded to a call for a male passed out on St. Mary’s River Drive. Officers located a 17-year-old male who was found to be intoxicated. This accused was also on a probation order with conditions to be in his residence and to be of good behaviour. The accused was arrested and charged with two counts of breaching his probation order and with being intoxicated in a public place. The accused will attend in court on July 7.
