On July 29, 2014 police responded to a person in possession of stolen property.

On July 29, 2014 police responded to a person in possession of stolen property. Nicolas Vincenzo Fronzi, age 23 of Third Avenue, was located and it is alleged that he was in possession of a stolen I-Pad that had been taken in a break and enter on July 27, 2014. The accused was arrested for possession of property obtained by crime. A further check was done and it was found that the accused was on probation with a court order to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. The accused will appear in court on September 8, 2014 at 9 a.m.

On July 29, 2014 officers attended in the 400 block of Third Avenue on an unrelated matter involving stolen property and came across a male that was on a recognizance with a condition that he is to be in his residence between the hours of 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. Investigation revealed that he was at the Third Line residence for most of the previous evening. The accused Tyler Richmond Pelletier, age 23 of Crystal Place, was arrested for breach of recognizance and will appear in bail court on July 30, 2014 at 10 a.m.

On July 29, 2014 at approximately 8:45 p.m., a call from a concerned neighbour was received by city police regarding two males attempting to break into a residence on Herrick Street. The neighbour had confronted the two males and a confrontation ensued. The two males fled the area but were located and identified as the two culprits. Police arrested Nathan James Clayton Boissoneau age 19 of Trunk Road, and Ryan Alexander McLeish age 19 of Pim Street. Both accused are charged with attempt break and enter and breach of probation and will appear in bail court on July 30, 2014 at 10 a.m.
