ACCIDENT SENDS TWO TO HOSPITAL Patrol officers of the Sault Police Service investigated a 2-car collision yesterday at 10:41 a.m. that resulted in two people being taken to hospital with minor injuries.

Patrol officers of the Sault Police Service investigated a 2-car collision yesterday at 10:41 a.m. that resulted in two people being taken to hospital with minor injuries. David Scott, age 42, of 290 Hampton Road was driving a 1990 Chevrolet truck southbound on Andrew Street when he failed to stop for a stop sign at the Queen Street intersection.

He struck a 1988 Chrysler sedan driven by 74-year-old Audrey Berdusco of 179 Laronde Avenue that was westbound on Queen. Berdusco and a passenger in the Scott vehicle, Linell Lillie, age 39, of 290 Hampton Road, were taken to hospital by ambulance with minor injuries. Scott has been charged with failing to obey the stop sign.
