Domestic Related Arrest for Bail Court Appearance this Morning
Officers with the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested a 20 year-old male at 2:18 pm at his residence and charged him with one count of assault and one count of mischief. It is alleged that on the 15th of February at approximately 1:53 pm officers attended at the residence of the accused for a domestic dispute. Officers learned that the accused had assaulted his girlfriend and damaged her cell phone.

Shoplifting Arrest
Officers with the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 59 year-old James Marini of #1104-70 East Street on the 15th of February at 6:30 pm at Romes Independent Grocers. It is alleged that he attended at the store at 6:30 pm last evening and stole two oven roasts. He was apprehended by store security and held for police. He is to appear in court on the 21st of March

Break and Enter Report
A residence in the 100 block of Wallace Terrace was broken into yesterday. A flat screen 40 inch LCD television and some jewellery were reported stolen.
