On the 10th February, 2015, police arrested 23-year-old Jestin Ryan of Fairview Avenue. It is alleged that between December 21, 2014 and December 23, 2014 the accused was unlawfully in possession of a MasterCard credit card. The accused attended at various stores in the city of Sault Ste. Marie charging a total of $828 fraudulently on the card. The accused has been charged with fraudulently using a credit card and will appear in court on March 16.
